“Tour for the tourist”

General conditions

  • Prices  include IVA // Rates in chilean pesos.For payments in USD, apply the exchange rate of the day of the reservation. Prices are readjustable // Tours subject to availability // The prices of the programs are charged according to the number of people. //Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • A minimum of 2 people per tour is requested. Make reservation maximum  4 days before the tour ,except the “Tours specials from 15 pax or more with lunch or lunch breack included” For this  group make reservation 10 days before the tour (If the term is less than the number of days mentioned please consult).

  • For " adventurous tour" a minimum of 4 people is requested. For the private tour a minimum of 2 people is requested

 

Child policy:

  • Children aged from 0 to 2 years go free.// Children aged from 3  to 11 years pay 85% of price. //Children over 12 pay the full price.//Each child must be accompanied by an adult.

 

Programs do not  include:

  • Lunch and tips for meals (Except in Tours  specials from 15 pax or more with lunch or gourmet box  lunch included” // Optional tips for guide and driver // Extras // Everything not mentioned above.

 

Payment

  • A minimum payment of 50% of the total of the reservation is requested. The residue is paid at the time of service (before starting the tour)

  • Payment in CLP: bank transfer or deposit // Payment in USD: PayPal (turismoqueltehue@gmail.com)

Policies for reservations cancellations

Cancellation time before the tours for groups between 4 to 9 people

 

  • Between  72 - 48 hours 70% of the Total paid price

  • Less than  48 hours 100% of the Total paid price

​

Cancellations time  before the tour for groups of 10 people or more

 

  • Between   9 and 8 days 70% of the Total paid price

  • Less than 8 days 100% of the Total paid price

 

No show is not refunded, we consider no show when the passenger is not in the designated place of the pick up at the correct time or for other fault that difficults the already defined tour
